Dr. Nikhil Agrawal,was trained in gastrointestinal and hepato-pancreato-biliary surgeryat the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow. He did his masters in surgery from Banaras Hindu University and thereafter completed his M.Ch. in surgical gastroenterology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He underwent training for complex laparoscopic hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery from the world renowned Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, Korea. A keen academician with an active interest in research hehas a number of publications in reputed national and international journals to his credit. He has presented his clinical and research work as papers and posters in a number of conferences around the country and abroad.His work and presentations have been appreciated,recognised and awarded at various surgical forums. He has also contributed chapters in journals and textbooks. His areas of interest include pancreatitis, hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancers, advancedlaparoscopic surgery and bariatric surgery.
